Race day info

Here below a summary of important information for your participation in our Garda Trentino Xmas Trail on Saturday 10th December 2022. 

1) Bibs pick up: available at “Ex Colonia Pavese”, via della Lova 18 Torbole sul Garda, (see attached logistic map)- pick up according to the timeslot/day booked in your enrollment form in Wedosport; please kindly respect your time slot! 

  • Medical certificate: please check your registration status in your personal area in Wedosport: if any red ball under “medical certificate”, please bring a paper copy of your  valid certificate;
  • Authorization for bib pick up: if not possible for you to pick up your bib, please make use of the due authorization to let your friends/team members collect it for you (see below in the links/ attachments area).

2) Bags Deposit/ Dressing rooms/ toilets: 

  • Bags deposit: from 6.30 to 8.30 (Xmas Trail) and from 8.00 to 9.30 (Xmas Trail XS) at “Ex Colonia Pavese”, via della Lova 18 Torbole sul Garda,
  • Dressing rooms/toilets: at “Ex Colonia Pavese”, via della Lova 18 Torbole sul Garda,
  • Showers: NOT available

3) Race starting time:  

  • Garda Trentino Xmas Trail: at 9.00 (arrival within 15.00, 6 hours total time)
  • Garda Trentino Xmas Trail XS: at 10.00 (arrival within 14.00, 4 hours total time)

4) Time limits/gates/refreshment points: please check time limits/ race gates on your race elevation profile (available on our website), where also the refreshment points are indicated.

Only on the 30 km distance, we have the following 2 race gates:

  • Tenno, by 11:10
  • Bolognano, by 12:50

5) Final refreshment: after your arrival, a suitable final refreshment point will be provided. You will also get a warm meal (upon presentation of your Bib); see the attached logistic map;

6) Mandatory equipment (same for both distances): regular check of the material will be done along the race. Please remember to have with you:

-Water container or flask to contain a minimum of 0,5 lt.

-Thermic survival sheet

-Whistle

-Wind-jacket suitable for bad mountain weather conditions

-Personal cup (minimum capacity: 150 cc), or suitable large flask lid to be used as a cup

-Mobile telephone (with the organization’s emergency number inserted, without the 'hiding number' function and with a fully charged battery)
